This is my first attempt at constructing one, so I made several…

One of greens, one of cooked flesh, one of raw flesh, one of hardblood, and one of what they call “eggs”…

(XYC sat, observing you as you heard their fingers rap upon the table)

I am sorry if they are inedible to any degree…

Haha. No, it is fine. They do not sustain me much, but I can eat them nonetheless.

(He takes a small bite out of the sandwich)

I believe you… ate the one of greens… judging from its, green color.

The obviously red one is the… one I have comprised of that crimson liquid of which one refers to as “blood”… in a hardened form…

…Blood?

(He grabs the blood sandwich with his other hand, eagerly taking a bite into it. Maybe a little too eagerly.)

…Ah. It really is blood.
Might…I ask how you obtained this? If you do not mind.

(He stares at the ceiling for a bit before elaborating.)

I killed several animals.

I am able to-

Manipulate blood to harden or crystalize it into what shape I choose, liquify it, or even move it…

(He stared at the table after saying this.)

(He took a bite out of the sandwich, pausing before speaking again.)

Perhaps I will try to “make” friends with the local humans when you leave on that fateful day.

(He takes a final, very big bite out of the blood sandwich. It takes him a while to chew.)
