When I search something, it literally says nothing found. What kind of issue is this?! I have this everyday. How to even get rid of this bug?

Scratch's search engine is currently broken. All we can do is wait for it to be fixed.
Unfortunately, no one knows when it will be fixed, how to fix it, or why it's broken.
This bug affects everyone on Scratch, so the Scratch Team is aware of it. They are working on a fix.

This bug also affects the Explore page, since that's internally based on Scratch's search engine.
