Hi, I'm making a platformer, (don't worry it's not generic, well, the character is, but i'm gonna give him some personality) and I need to know how to actually program the movement and collision, complete with wall jumping. Thanks!

Griffpatch has a tutorial on this that you can use, you can watch the first episode here.

I don't know if I feel like watching it, because it's multiple videos and I will probably stop paying attention to it by the end of the 2nd video, so could I just have the code? Sorry, but I'm lazy*cringe emoji*

At least try, it's really easy after a while. If not, then don't ask for an entire game.
