What is spamming in Scratch?
And why are there spammers.

Spamming is when one posts multiple same comments (or posts, topics) at once, or in a short period of time.
For the 2nd question, I don't know why as well.

It's stupid when someone spams 3241782 comments.

It's basically someone saying the same thing over and over again.

In the context of Scratch, spam is defined as any off-topic comments/forum posts, even if non-repeated.

(and just doing this a lot of times)

Same term with everything that has spam, a comment repeated a bunch of times, if you see spam report it.

There's some things in there that most people don't realize are spam (such as excessive tags in project descriptions), I suggest you read it.

i got a weird dude who asked me if i want to spam out of nowhere so i just decided to delete the comment (why people are so heartless these days?)
if you guys got a comment that ask if you want to spam then report it

Spammers either spam because they find it funny, are a troll, doing it as a joke, want to be mean or did it on accident (usually it is not on accident)
