What happens if I go to the delete account then yes next step but I didnt do step 2 and turned back

First of all, this is probably in the wrong forum, probably suited better in Questions About Scratch.

And to answer your question, you're account is deleted 2 days after you press delete. That means if you log in during that time period, you cancel the delete. If you don't, then sorry, but you're account is deleted!
I can't remember if it was 2 or 3 days.

I meant that I didnt click the delete account and log out and instead clicked the x button

Yes, you didn't go through the deleting process, so none of the stuff I described is going to happen. It's as if you didn't do anything - everything is normal and fine.
