I've always wondered how to get a link to a certain profile. (example, @griffpatch, but it would be a link to griffpatch's profile

It just happens automatically, but not on the forums unfortunately.

You can do it in the forums, but it's a bit harder:

• You write the scratcher, in this case, @griffpatch
  
• Then you copy the griffpatch's profile link (https://scratch.mit.edu/users/griffpatch)
  
• And you select the @griffpatch text.
  
• And click the “Link” button (next to the image button) and paste the griffpatch's profile link
  
• And you're ready!
  
  
• Or you could just copy and paste this:
  

  [url=https://scratch.mit.edu/users/griffpatch]@griffpatch[/url]

If you type @ and then without a space someone's username in the comments, it'll automatically turn into a link to their profile. In the forums however, you'll have to do what @-MyNewAccount- said up above.
