I did read after the comma. I interpreted it as you can get multiple views from yourself if you do it far enough apart. is that what you meant?

Scratch counts the users who played the project, not the actual views, so if you go to any project and reload and start it 10 times it still counts as 1 view. It only counts another view if you go to the project with another account or if you aren't signed in.

Pretty sure it is IP address, actually, but not confident on that. But views are counted as somebody who has navigated to the project (or an IP)

It’s your view. If you play a project then go out and in multiple times, you’ll get multiple views.

If your projects said 0 instead of 1, no one would probably look at them
