No, otherwise you and I wouldn't be typing this. I think that ScratchCat's followers just put way too much strain on the servers since there's so many followers.

I can load it just fine- so either it's no longer a problem, or it's an intermittent issue or one on your end.

Anyways, Scratch isn't down- otherwise none of us would be here.

I don’t believe this issue is on my end, as I have used multiple Wi-Fis, several devices, and consulted with fellow scratch users at my school. This seems like an underlying issue.
Oh! I forgot to say the problem I’ve been having- projects do not appear when typed into the “search” bar nor when I press explore.
I would like it if this issue could be resolved as it seems to be interfering with scratch.

That is a known issue. Has been occurring for like a week so far.

No, scratch is not down right now. It must be a glitch for certain people because both you and I cannot load it in for some reason
