Warnings don't change anything - if it's inappropriate, it just can't be shared.

Doesn't matter. Content that isn't for everyone can get blocked from search or taken down depending on the project. There's no proper limiting feature in Scratch, and people can easily ignore or bypass warnings, no matter how advanced they are, by just deleting them and replacing any code that breaks because of it.

Scratch is for children of all ages. CHILDREN! A child will not read a Warning Sign just as they won't read the TOS of a new game they downloaded. Sprunki phase whatever is not appropriate. Only phase 1 or whatever when they're not all dead. When making a project, ask yourself “Would a seven year old be afraid of this?”
