You could probably find your train door closing sound effect off a free sound effect website. I personally recommend ZapSplat, it's got a good selection.

You`ve have to go to the backdrops, and there, you`ve got two sound effects. Both`re about trains. Choose the one you prefer, or both.

Hey, I was just thinking about train settings earlier!
I found some sounds on a site called Pixabay- credit them if you use these sounds.

I included a couple of old train door sounds (like for big carriages) and a more modern one as well.

FreeSound is an awesome website that I like to use for SFX outside of Scratch. You gotta sign up to download sounds though…
