The Summer Games 2025

The Summer Games 2025 is an exciting Scratch event where Scratchers from around the globe compete to create the best games! Participants showcase their creativity, coding skills, and innovation, striving to impress judges and the Scratch community. It's a celebration of talent, collaboration, and friendly competition!

The Summer Games Will Be Held From June 19th to August 2nd 2025

Judges will rate the projects out of 5 for each category based on Code, Art, Creativity and Effort, and add up the scores and the max is 20

Rules

Rules
- Entries posted before the 5th of April will not count.
- The Same Judge Can Not Be Assigned To A Game Twice. (except the final)
- Entrants can not be judges and vice versa to prevent bias.
- Your Project Must Be Made At Most 80% You.
- You Cannot Use An Alternate Account To Make A Project
- You Can't Use An Alternate Account To Be A Judge If You Entered On Your Main

First Stage: Group Stage
Competitors are put into 4 groups of 4 and the 2 highest scores go through to the next round

Second Stage: Knockouts
2 competitors are put against each other and fight to progress when they are matched up again and keep going until the final

The Final:
The 2 Competitors Are To Make A New Game With A Certain Theme.
All The Judges will vote and a average score will be added up and the person with the highest score wins

this is not a shop competition or even a team competition. I did not get the idea from the Shopetition or any other competition. This document was created just yesterday (pending investigation) and any copyright claims on this shop would (possibly) be void
