I totally get that, Pressure is practically one of my special interests at this point so I play it a lot. I've gotten as far as door 98 before and it can get really annoying as you have the whole searchlight encounter and several other rooms depending on your chances in a run ALSO ANGLERS ARE SO ANNOYING!

But yeah it can be annoying as hell
