I don't think he knew about One, and I mean, in TPOT 15 when Gaty was talking to One she said that she “talked to them (Two) every day and they have never mentioned (her) once.” (or something like that) So probably not, or he just didn't care enough to do anything. idk

So what's up with the algebraliens?; (Highlight to view. It also contains spoilers for recent episodes)

When Two misses Earth, Nine instead takes over. Four seems confused and asks who he is. You could infer that Algebraliens aren't aware of each other, but there is some debunking evidence.

During an EXITor scene Pencil, David and Bracelety walk into a room inside Four that is similar to The Equation Playground, where all the Algebraliens hang out. There are drawings of several Algebraliens (Such as Seven, I believe) that only appear in non-canon shorts. Considering they're inside Four, they should know about the others. So, do the Algebraliens know each other or not?

Until Michael And Cary Say Something Important In A Future Episode Or Say Something At The BFDI Meetup (If One Will Happen This Year) Then We Can Only Just Speculate For Now…
