My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.15.7, Safari 18.1.1, No Flash version detected

I was looking for a way to get an audio from YouTube into an mp3 file, I used YTmp3 and then I imported it onto scratch, and while it did import, the audio didn't play. I reloaded it and it STILL doesn't work
Does it have to do with audio metadata or something? is there a better YT -> MP3 converter? Does scratch not use MP3's?

Also, I imported 2 versions of the same audio, one that had the video thumbnail in and where the file was named gibberish, but played on music, and one that was a regular file with the regular audio name and didn't have a thumbnail.
Both didn't work.
