what if we want obtuse triangles?I edited again(#138)those still don't help if you want to change the shape yourself, they're just different angles.I edited it(#136)people who can't type that character:
workaround: U+25B2 ▲
scalene triangles:
right-angle triangles:
other triangle shapes:
anyway, tracking down obscure Unicode symbols is not a valid workaround—not everyone knows every Unicode symbol.

could you add a triangle tool to the scratch vector and bitmap editor?Why not add a shapes button instead that contains many shapes including the triangle?

Isosceles triangle: move the top point in an equilateral triangle up (using the arrow keys), then rotate and scale as you like
Other triangles: modify an equilateral or right triangle.
