What Happened in Scratch on 2024?

I need to someone to tell me a bunch of things or updates that may be impactful or amazing that happened in Scratch in 2024. I know some things about recent and impactful things in the Scratch website:

1.- On April 12th of 2024, Scratch reached it's 1 Billionth project! Congrats!
2.- On May 6th to May 10th, Scratch Week 2024 took place.
3.- On June 27th, the Youth Advisory Board gets announced.
4.- On July 24th, the curator program was shut temporarily and came back on the 6th of September, it was shut due to troubles on the front page.
5.- On September 26th, the curator program is shut temporarily due to the same issues. No curators were chosen after that.
6.- On November 2nd, the following and followers displays on profile pages appear reversed, with the first followers appearing leftmost. The change has been made to speed up profile pages.
7.- On November 6th, users less than 16 years old need now parental permission (kind a bad decision ngl), the scratchblocks on forums are now updated to the version of 3.0, deleting a sprite now requires confirmation.
8.- On December 16th, the debug setting appears in the header, this helps scratchers to debug and solve errors. (are we seeing a sneak peek of Scratch 4.0?!)

And this was all, although I listed many things here, I'm sure there are somethings I've missed, so please tell me more things that happened in Scratch on 2024.

You’re right about the parental permission thing being a bad decision

Not every under-16 is like a baby or something

It's because of law.

Maybe you could add that on December 16, the Community Guidelines and Ideas page was revamped?
