I do not think so because you can't post links on Scratch. At least I think.

You are allowed to post links on Scratch, the content they lead to has to be appropriate for all ages.I do not think so because you can't post links on Scratch. At least I think. Would I be aloud to post my YT channel
You can post your channel as long as it is appropriate for all ages.

From the Questions About Scratch Directory 7:

Maybe a little unrelated, but note that any Youtube video posted to Scratch Forums will be converted into a special page to stay on Scratch. If you take the ID at the end of any video you make and replace the ID (the random letters at the end) in the link below, you can make a Scratch-friendly version of any (already Scratch-appropriate) video, although it won't be clickable outside the forums. Q: What sites can users link to?
A: -snip-
Sharing YouTube videos is allowed as long as the content and comments are for all ages and don't share personal information. Those same rules must be followed when linking YouTube channels, as well. Due to containing unmoderated chat, links to streams or premiers or channels with streams or premiers are not allowed.
