If he used a translator I suggest you get someone who knows french (i believe fluffygamer_ or anyone in the french forum who has an english signature can translate it)

Another helpful way is to right click your mouse over the large area of white at the bottom right area so that the cursor highlights the area that ‘next’ should be shown cyan(or yellow depending on device)

I have also found that if you click and drag, like you were copying and pasting the whole page you can find the button.
I have also found another bug, once you get to the end of reading all the guidelines, when it asks do you want to be a Scratcher, the ‘I agree’ button doesn't work. Any Fixes?

That’s weird. The I agree button worked for me. Can you show me your device details by pressing the globe button when creating a post?
