After ages I finally watched sonic ova and it was suprisingly good

How good do you all think this year was for Sonic? if you don't remember everything that happened this year, here you go
Personally, this was a very good year for Sonic. 10/10. Not only was this year themed after the greatest Sonic character of all time (objectively), we got one of my favorite movies ever, the best Sonic game (and one of my favorite games of all time), a rerelease of the former best Sonic game, and a physical version of the Dark Rider touring the world.

It happened this year. While I definitely agree that this stuff should've been spaced out better, that's not what I'm talking about.

Well I mean my fav got his own year so isn’t that a automatic 10/10?
Okay but actually though we got a lot of amazing content this year + they revealed a collab between DC which is something I also have an unhealthy obsession with so I couldn’t be happier (still irked they made Amy Wonder Woman though, especially when Zatanna was RIGHT THERE) also regardless of some people’s thoughts on the first movie I think we all have to thank it in some part for rejuvenating much of the general public’s interest in the franchise.

While I didn't mind most stuff happening in Q4 2024 nor do I think that dampens the year as a whole I agree that I hope we get racing crossworlds sooner than later. (Also SEGA I’m begging you, if it’s another all stars game PLEASE add Bayonetta)

I definitely think this may have been one of the best years for Shadow Sonic. Definitely a 10/10. Best sonic movie yet, a tv series (holy cow, that was this year XD ) a remaster of a super good game, and basically everything in between. Also, Shadow carried a whole freaking year baby! Sonic the Hedgehog's best year didn't even star him!

Speaking of things to happen this yesr and the next, we may get announcement on the 30th (4 DAYS). In the sonic movie (and even in the trailer), you can see a screen behind them with the date 12/30/24, and one of those scrapped characters I think (I still don't know where that pink haired lady comes from). This also happens to be the anniversary of Sonic Heroes. Coincidence? I THINK NOT! A Sonic Heroes remaster would be crazy!

Yeah, my friend has told me about rumors about a sonic heroes remake
I'm just hoping it isn't like sonic colors ultimate…

I’ve been playing Sonadow gens & wow chaos control reminds me a lot of witch time from Bayonetta (in terms of functionality) anyways already loving the game

I would love a heroes remaster! (Also since Marine isn’t off the table anymore cuz she was recently added to speed sim, it would be cool if SEGA added her, Blaze & Silver as a extra team even if it wouldn’t really make sense for Silver to be working with them lol)

If it fixes the level design, physics and story, I'm in. I hate how everything is mapped to ONE BUTTON.
