As of 4/1/2025 or 1/4/2025 anywhere else, this topic has been closed because the bug is now in All of the Bugs in Scratch, and to prevent future posts, blockspam and necroposts.

So currently, many users are finding it tricky to become a Scratcher due to that the Next button is not appearing.

However, there is a 3-step temporary fix, and I will show you how.

STEP 1: Click on the link to become a Scratcher.

STEP 2: Tap/click the Next button to read the community guidelines.

STEP 3: Try clicking near the bottom right of the screen, you should be on the next page.

NOTE: THIS IS ONLY A TEMPORARY FIX UNTIL THE SCRATCH TEAM FIXES THIS BUG. THANK YOU!

Never mind! Just press “Finish later” and it will consider you a scratcher.

I had an alt graduate to Scratcher at the perfect time. Might have been just me, but I felt like the invisible button was relatively large. And the fix definitely worked.
