I think that users should be able to customize their profile page and must be able to choose whether to link it to a domain.

Linking profile pages to domains could cause links to places that aren't moderated by the ST, or anyone for that matter. Domains also cost a lost of money and need HTML knowledge to use (about 20$ a year for each dot com, assuming the ST is the one keeping them up.)

The Users can provide domains, but they will be optional.

Again, what'll be allowed on said domains? The ST can't moderate what people put on there.

But AI can! AI is rapidly advancing so it will get good enough to mostly replace the Scratch Team {1}.

{1} - Sometimes real humans are needed and AI can't change that.

Filters are never perfect, and AI isn't updated fast enough to understand some things. (Ex: What's a “Sprunki”?)

Besides, AI databases take up lots of space and water. We're talking about a nonprofit company that doesn't have the time or money to purchase and maintain even more massive servers.

You're overestimating the capabilites of computers. A computer doesn't have feelings, so how can we expect to create one that can understand them?

The domain thing could lead to non scratch approved sites like what this user said

Maybe it’s best if that idea is scrapped out.

Idk if I should mention this but there is a site similar to scratch and it runs on Gandi ide. The site has profile and project page customization, and I usually call it opposite scratch because it has some features scratch wouldn’t allow on their site (I might edit this out)
