Experimenting with cloud variables, but they're not updating. Just by looking at the history, I can tell it should be updating (presumably), because a handful of people changed them, but it's still set at the values I set originally.

Yeah Scratch's cloud system is broken I think, none of my cloud projects work anymore.

I've used Cloud variables before and they worked fine. But in my latest project, I seem to be having the same issue as discussed here. In the “Cloud data history” I can see the values being updated as expected, but then when I reload the game, the high score display shows an earlier value based on when I saved the code last.

Yeah, ive tried debugging for so long i think its a server issue.

Same here with my Juggle Fever 2.0 project, it just ruins the whole game.
For anyone finding a fix for this, I recommend you to not waste your time finding solutions in forums.
None of them work, the only way is to just wait till ST fixes the servers.

I opened this project, and the cloud variables work perfectly fine even after reloading. My hypothesis is that cloud variables won't work instantly after sharing, they would probably be actually listed onto Scratch's cloud servers a month after the project's shared, cause you know, Scratch's cloud servers have lots of bugs and delays.

i have a similar but different issue:

in my project (named super millie bros.), im working on making a multiplayer mode. later on, if i finish it, you should be able to play it on the title screen, but for now, just press “o” for player 1, and “p” for player 2.

anyway, back to the issue, the cloud variables do not update. at all. ive tried alt accounts, ive tried not allowing decimals in the cloud variables, but nothing works.

I have the same issue. I was recently trying to do a project for school, and the cloud variables stopped sending. It's still unshared, and nothing happened after sending it through two different computers and trying it on the same one ):

Sometimes scratch servers can be down so cloud variables won't work. Or it's a issue with your wifi.
