the minigames show that Springtrap killed the toy animatronics. Springtrap was actually in FNAF one and two. in FNAF 1, he is the animatronic in the kitchen. In FNAF 2, he appears as the paper plate model.

I know this discussion is about FNAF 3, but I heard that there is gonna be a FNAF 4, in my opinion Scott Cawthon should take a long break before making the game. I'm already loving FNAF 3!

Ok, so This is my theory of the game since I have played it, so from the mini games, i think that Purple guy, haunted be the animatronics, dismantled and took apart the animatronics, thinking that the soul of the children would finally be put to rest, instead, the should was free from the suits and wouldn't rest until Vincent(Phoneguy) was dead. So they trapped him in a room, while one did the work the rest held him back, So Vincent hid in the nearest suite, thinking they would leave, when the animatronic turned it on it electrocuted him, killing him. He possessed the suit , and the childrens souls were finally free. But when you take garde, something gets you. Flashbacks, no hallucinations. Of the past. Present? Or the future?
