Re-adding the cat blocks

Perhaps making the cat blocks as an easter egg? Like if you type “catblock” it'll make the blocks like the April fools ones.

Well catblocks are unlikely to return (as a permanent change regarding Rejected Suggestions: 1.10) but next april fools may or may not re-add it.
There are extentions that bring this back but i will not name them due to forum rules.
