install scratch 2.0 now

l installed scratch starting projects i go to scratch 2.0 download page and the message still appears is 100% fake and stop saying is not fake

It should work. If not, can you try going to just “download.scratch.mit.edu” -> Advanced -> Proceed to download.scratch.mit.edu (unsafe) (chrome judging based on original poster's browser info), and then going to the download page?
