in all seriousness im kinda sad hs2 wont update for a while as they left off on a HUGE cliffhanger

not in the good way i guess??? it felt like one of those continuations you'd see on mspfa that are building off the epilogues
something like homeslice

the comic took a turn for the better last october i fear
i hope they fix that whole love triangle thing with harry vrissy and tavros though, as im PRETTY SURE that like
HARRY IS VRISSYS UNCLE OR SM???? not biologically but still
but then TAVROS (the human onr) is harrys uncle
i think?? im not good with family tree stuff but im PRETTY SURE tavvy is biologically johns brother and harry anderson is biologically roses brother

i was rereading homestuck: beyond canon the other day and noticed how much it felt like an entirely different comicyes exactly u_u it doesnt have the same hussie humor in homestuck so it feels super different to me. a lot of this stuff could never be ever in the og homestuck. hussie basically thought of homestuck as a big joke and treated it that way, and there were serious moments but they were handled in that fashion. hs bc doesnt do that though, because a lot of the parts are not handled at least a little joke-like and were pretty serious. also i think the artstyle difference really does it for me, because even if they try their best to replicate the hussie style, it still looks a bit off. i noticed this in the last few pages of homestuck i was going crazy like is it a different artist!!! hs bc's art is reallly good but it just changes the overall homestuck feel and mood to be different.

What homestuck fanworks do you guys reccomend
I'm looking for new ones to read since ive read a Ton of high quality ones to the point i think ive run out lol
the ones i highly reccomend:

What homestuck fanworks do you guys reccomendi would recommend the mspfas “you're someone”, a beginner's guide to the end of the universe, john ruins a wedding, karkat goes to a convention, temporal paradox, all of the user “CharadeswithMom”'s works (user id 114734180637872065750), and karkat: play minecraft. i would also recommend “house of dirk” on ao3 (left on a cliffhanger u_u) and the genesis project on steam (i havent played this yet but it looks pretty good).
I'm looking for new ones to read since ive read a Ton of high quality ones to the point i think ive run out lol
