I don't know, it depends on who is helpful on the QAS forum and the directory when I decide to change owners. For now, I'm not planning on changing owners, though.

You can create a new topic (by clicking the purple “New Topic” button in the top left of the forum you're in), but not entire new discussion forums- only Scratch Team members can do that.

No, because it would draw more attention to it, and it's already December 7, so by the time I get to adding it I will almost have to remove it.
