This doesn't affect me, but I did notice that if you change your personal email on an account that is marked as under 16 years old and the account is not verified yet (so the parent's email should recieve the verification email), the email that says “Your child made a Scratch account” goes to the child's personal email instead of the parents' email. I discovered this when I made an account based on a character and gave its birthdate the date of that character's debut, but the verification email was being blocked by my filter so I had to change the associated email.

This is a feature - Scratch recently introduced this.
