Alert for Project Banning
Now, when you saw the title, you probably thought I was dumb, because of course there is already alerts when your project gets banned. But what about before hand? I think there should be a short amount of time for you to edit your project and reshare it before its banned completely - basically, you get a notification of why your project will be banned, it is unshared, and you can edit the project then share it back. I think that depending on the level of intensity should decide how long you get to change it. For example, if a project hints at scary media in one section of the game, 5 hours. If a project has extreme amounts of gore in almost every section, like, 2 hours or 1. If you were to reshare without changing the project, the next time your project is banned, its banned. There will be no way to reupload your project. Of course, if you edit it in some way that does change the level of scratch appropriateness for the better, but still fail to make it completely clear, or don’t change it and let it get banned (Probably due to inactivity), its the normal current Scratch ban.
This suggestion is probably extremely dumb. Sorry for making you read that whole paragraph if so.

Alert for Project Banning
This is already implemented. In some cases, the project creator can make appropriate changes and then reshare the project. In other cases, the project creator cannot reshare the project (in which case they should use Contact Us to ask the Scratch Team for further guidance). basically, you get a notification of why your project will be banned, it is unshared, and you can edit the project then share it back.
If you are suggesting that the user get an alert for having an inappropriate project several hours before the project actually gets taken down, I imagine that would be rejected as that would just cause inappropriate content to be on the Scratch website for a longer period of time.

They might be referring to banned/blacklisted franchises, like that one adult animated show. Although, I'm not OP and I don't think ST plans to ban any new franchises soon
