Remember the 1.0 Favicon glitch? Well its back, on chrome if you go to scratch.mit.edu (any page) and look at the favicon while its loading. You will see the 1.0 scratch icon, i was not able to take a screen shot of it since chrome tabs are small but if you can help, take a screenshot.

Looks fine, did you try reloading with Ctrl+Shift+R to remove cache?

I remember the 1.0 favicon glitch happening to me a few weeks back

This was fixed a few weeks ago. Press CTRL + SHIFT + R to clear your cache, and your browser should redownload the site assets, including the fixed favicon.
