It's called not having your volume at 100%Yeah – but it got on my nerves when I accidentally click that large delete sprite button (which you made a suggestion to fix) and later realize that I did that, but I couldn't go back to fix it due to autosave. Accidents occurring due to the close buttons would be regretful.Well then, there's a button to go to the Scratch site by the “Code” tab and I don't think that's a problem. If a message icon was placed next to the My Stuff icon, it would be well out of the way of anything besides the My Stuff and profile buttons.Yes, I know, but “loud”?Clearly, you haven't had a Windows notification while working on very quiet sounds so you have your volume up to hear them properly.

It's called not having your volume at 100%Did you even read the last sentence, or did you get too excited with the thought of posting “ha, you dumb-dumb!!!!1” and skipped halfway through?

I feel like there wouldn’t be any space for this in the editor. There is already the my stuff button and the save button and the title and file and edit that basically take up the whole header, so would there even be any space for this.

That’s why it would be optional.

I think this should be optional. I agree with what midk said about focusing while making a project, that it is nice to be able to concentrate without the distraction of a new message popping up.
Didn't notice the edit.

Support but it would have to atoumaticly update so we don't lose workProgress bar on stage
No, support, i've already kind of wanted a focus mode to turn of notifications when you're on the site, and i definitely don't want to have distractions in the editorThe original poster stated that it would be optional.

Wouldn't this basically delete any unsaved data if you get distracted by a notification and ignore the warning..? Also the toggle on and off feels like a band aid fix and feels just like so people will actually support it because its toggleable.

Bump because of dupe.
I support it because I would want to find out if I have messages without having to click on that “See Project Page” button.

I think we need a message Icon while in the editor. This way, we don't have to click the my stuff, and all that. When you click the messages, it brings down a little page that shows what messages have come.you can get it with addon
UPDATE: Many people think that this would be too distracting, and for some people, it would. What if there was a simple switch next to the notifier to turn it off
