There are three other eggs to get besides the Diamond Egg. Since the Egg requires going to the Treasury, you may already have another; that leaves the Amber and Emerald Eggs. To obtain these, please see my earlier posts.

Trapping the Pokemon

Walk to the Veterinary Clinic. Talk to the vet. Ask “What services do you provide?”. Ask “Can I buy some animal food?” Ask “Bird Seed”? After continuing, reply “Umm, nothing thank you.” Click “Good Bye.” Use the Map to teleport to the Village Gardens, then look at the Oak Tree. Access your Items, then use the Bird Seed. Then use the Pokeball. Pick up the Occupied Pokeball! (To give the Pokeball to Warbeard, teleport to his shop, access your items, click Occupied Pokeball, and click Give.)

After doing this, walk to the backroom, look at the board, take the parchment, then go to the edge of the bog (meadow, then forest, then south, then west past the cottage), then follow the directions (make sure you have the shield from looking at the suit of armor in the castle). You should see the Bog Beast. Walk to it, then pick up the Amber Egg!

Once you are in the Deep Ocean, locate the Shipwreck. Once inside, examine everything within closely (via the ‘Look At’ function). The key can be found this way.

The imprisoned guard can be freed, with the Iron Key, although to my knowledge he doesn't do anything for you.
