Not exactly a mandella effect, but I could've sworn that there was a “training mode” in Wii Sports Resort Island Flyover.
You start inside a half-flooded cave and there are two ways out. One way leads to a regular cave mouth, while one of the exits has a girder on top of it (I know this sounds very similar to that sea cave I can't remember the name of, but trust me, it's not.) Once you get outside, you can fly up from the ocean and over, back onto the island. I think your plane couldn't be “damaged” in the way that makes you parachute out? (I can't remember a lot else about it)
This was like years ago BTW. I remember when I realised it DIDN'T exist it was around 2014, when I booted the game up for one last playthrough (my previous Wii broke and none of my save data was on the new one. If you're wondering, the one from 2014 is the one I still have) and didn't see a prompt to hit the (-) button to do this. I was pretty confused for a while. I think I thought it might be unlocked through getting i-points (even though that would make no sense) but even once I 100%ed the campaign I didn't have the option.
I think I concluded after a while of playing (like a few weeks of thinking it existed) that it was just a really convincing dream.
—–
Also this one I'm sure actually exists but I can't seem to find it anymore. I remember in about 2019 I watched a really old (even for the time) Super Mario World hoax where you get a secret exit from Yoshi's house by jumping up on the chimney top and up from there. I think the secret exit led you to a ladder on the overworld into the sea and to a secret island off the sub-map? But I can't really remember. What I do remember though is that the top comment was something like “Me and my dad tied doing this for 5 hours until we realised it wasn't real, hahaha”. I also vividly remember trying to do it myself on that playthrough of the game. But not for 5h, more like 5mins!

I always thought at the end of Hey Arnold: The Movie, after they defeat the demolition company, someone tripped on the detonator, the neighborhood gets blown up and the company just built the mall anyway.

I'm Not Sure If This Is A Common Mandela Effect, But I Swear On My Dogs Life That In The 2000's 20th Century Fox Re-branded To “21st Century Fox”.
I Was Sure That They Did,So I Was Pretty Confused That When I Watched Diary Of A Wimpy Kid (2010), It Was Still Called 20th Century Fox. If You Think It Changed To 21st Century Fox, Please Let Me Know. I Can' Be The ONLY One Who Remembers It

Idk if I can say this movie or not but I remembered that I saw the trailer for THAT animated movie. But I thought the trailer said that it was called “Food” and it was rated PG. I realized after recognizing the main character in a rant video.

I've Got 2 Of My Own Mandela Effects For You All.
The First One, Is That I Swear To God In The AC DC Song “T.N.T” It Said “On Your Colour Screen TV” But No. It Says “On Your Colour TV Screen”
The Second One Is That, For Some Reason, In Super Mario 3D World On The Wii u, I Remember Toad (The Playable One) Being The Normal Toad . (Red Mushroom Hat Dots, Blue Clothes) But Again No, It Wasn't The Normal Toad. It Was Specifically Blue Toad Witch Is Quite Weird, Since When You Think Of Toad, You Think Of The Normal Toad I Mentioned Before. Like, I Know, Mario, Luigi, Peach, And Toad Being Playable, Is A Reference To Mario Bros 2, Where Toad Was Also Blue In That Game, But, I Dunno. I Just Remember It Being Normal Toad.

Yeah it's quite weird they keep switching between red and blue Toad, isn't it? Even more so for the fact that in SMB2 All Stars they replaced B.T. with R.T.! I've Got 2 Of My Own Mandela Effects For You All.
