any steampunk fans out there
This will be a general discussion on steam-punk, for those of you who don't know steam-punk is a sub-genre of science fiction set in an alternate universe where it is or is very similar to the Victorian era England or the wild west with modern technology, but the are powered with steam or diesel fuel(fictional creature and magic may be involved as well.)

Steampunk can be pretty fun. I have a costume and some props 




Just steam - dieselpunk is another genre but the are powered with steam or diesel fuel

Well lets not get into specifics but you are right, but if every variation of steampunk were to be specific , web would have a lot of confusion,(E.G If Dishonored uses whale oil as fuel, therefore it is whalepunk kind of thing you know. ) you are right , I am not mad at you or anything, i just don't prefer one variation over the other but , I probably should have made the the difference clear .

and the beauty of this genre is that it is always expanding the appeal gets bigger and bigger everyday

Along with anime, I really want to get into steampunk. It's a brilliant idea, and I was hoping to write a narrative in the steampunk genre. Also;
