realistically she'd be about the same age as the disassembly drones. who iirc are all adults. she grew up with them, so it'd only make sense.
i'm pretty sure the only confirmed child character is beau, and tessa is like. implied to be a teenager. the rest are adults– including uzi and her classmates, who are confirmed in their late teens/early 20s according to some posters that were in i believe episode 3.

counterpoints (don't wanna start an argument, just saying): Cyn seemed younger than the other drones working for the Elliots–she's smaller than them, calls N her “big brother” while he calls her “little buddy,” J puts her in “timeout” frequently, these all seem to imply that she's a young child, especially compared to the others. I'm not saying she's necessarily a child, but she very much seems like one. (although it's true that she may have grown up, I'm not quite sure how that ended up working out–the question then is which Cyn this person finds hot: worker Cyn at the Elliots', Cynessa, or spacesuit Tessa.)
also random counterpoint to Uzi and her classmates being adults: given that there's likely a wide age range of workers in that colony, it's possible that the missing posters weren't, at least all, related specifically to the prom queen candidates–they were likely just all of Doll's victims, meaning the posters don't necessarily confirm Uzi's canon age. idk tho, you might be right, I definitely don't know everything

ALSO the cyn we see isnt even actually cyn lol. like. the solver is mind controlling her in every single moment of her screen time. we genuinely have no idea how she'd act without it. so for all we know that “little kid” behaviour could just be its attempt at acting as innocent and lovable as possible
anyways, the only version of her that wouldnt be a MAJOR RED FLAG would be spacesuit tessa i guess. regardless of her age thats still a mind controlled drone with no true autonomy and, depending on what version youre talking about, a mind controlled drone who is also wearing a dead girl
