It can take a few months

In my experience usually 1-3 weeks, though one time I got a response the next day (that was due to an account security issue, so my message there may have gotten a higher priority as a result).

I think I recall @Za-Chary saying somewhere on a similar question that when he first became FPC, it wasn't working for some reason, he used Contact Us and got a response within a few hours.

So it's definitely based on priority- more important things tend to get answered first.

Correct; I sent a message at like 4am or something, and got a response around 7am.

These days I receive responses through Contact Us in about 1-2 weeks.
