Sprunki may not be scary to you, but it's scary to others. Sprunki revolves around gore, which is not suitable for Scratch.
Please don't make horror games.

the only inappropriate parts is the horror mode, which can be threw away easily.

or else the ST may have banned sprunki because of the large number of projects being taken down for it.

Nope, flashing lights still aren't allowed even with a warning, as far as I know.
