I heard somewhere that a paper cut amount is okay, but I don't really know how true that is.

a bloodstain or wound is likely to get reported, an everyday cut or scrape is probably fine.

Either very little or no amount of gore is allowed. A little bloodstain is ok. But an arm chopped off is not ok.

I'm not sure if papercuts count as gore.

Gore is like lots of blood and other kills. papercut is just painful thing that can easily be healed.

It can't be super bloody. I'd say try to use as little ketchup as possible. If you must have blood in your project, probably try covering it up with some other thing, such as a different color or a different thing, like reading glasses (super random object).

the allowed gore amount is equivalent to a grain of sand or atleast a dust particle (Jokes aside, Gore isn't a thing you should put in your projects unless you're posting it to a site similar to scratch for older audiences)

I'm assuming this is resolved so I'm reporting this for closure

It can't actually be bloody, at all.
Blood can trigger many, many people, and your scratch project must be appropriate for everyone. I'd say depicting people (or living beings, such as characters in general) with blood or dying is pretty inappropriate for Scratch.

Well, maybe a papercut amount is allowed. Depends on the moderator.
