Music is disappearing
SOMEBODY! HELP! Scratch music is DISAPPEARING! I first saw this on “Mario goes to the fridge to get a glass of milk - the game”. The title music was GONE. The title music file was there, but that purple section that shows the loudness of the music was blank. It was just a single line. It's back now, but this has happened in many other Scratch projects. In “Donut Days The Clicker”, the shop music disappeared, and in my project “Rock Simulator Version 2.65”, the dream music disappeared. And here's another crazy thing: This isn't just the main project. It happened to the REMIXES TOO. And not only the remixes. The project called “All of YouGonna's projects, but…” uses the dream music from Rock Simulator. And the music in there has disappeared too! So… What's happening? Why is this happening? Is there any way to fix this? PLEASE HELP!

Music is disappearing
maybe it is because of the fact that you are switching sprites or making new sprites and re-creating another ones, as sounds are only accessible to the sprite that the sound was put on

There’s an issue where sounds are getting muted like this, it has been reported in the Bugs and Glitches forum.

Only if the music is copyrighted. Edit: Actually, maybe Scratch stopped deleting music because it stopped for me. Not only that, Scratch may have also brought back all the deleted music, so no need to worry about that.

(on another topic)
If a sound fails to load, it will just temporarily be blank (until you reload the project if the sound loads correctly that time). This could be caused by server issues or network issues.
Saving the project will not delete your sound permanently (unless you edit in the sound editor or use Scratch Desktop currently), it will still try to reload your sound every time. I've also heard some people say that a mod called TurboWarp is better at loading sounds, as it tries to retry loading assets that fail to load, unlike Scratch.

Yeah, I have noticed that TurboWarp will sometimes load sounds when Scratch won't. (I found this out after I made this post, which is over a year old.)(on another topic)
