That block no longer exists, and if you see it, I'm as sure as could be, You Are Using An Older, Offline Version Of Scratch. Or maybe there is hidden blocks in 3.0.

no you’re just not checking the motions tab in the project editor

if it doesn’t have the left or right icon it would have probably been removed and replaced with these two because who the heck will know if it turns left or right (i mean negative numbers exist but ehh,,, 8 y/os haven’t learnt them yet)

It kinda did in early 0.x versions, as a block called

turn [10] :: #63b5ce

(It's just the same as “turn right” nowadays.)

do exist, but without the arrow, that block doesn't exist.

I'm confused about what the OP is asking.

turn () degrees

never existed, because it doesn't actually say what direction it turns in. However,

turn cw () degrees

and

turn ccw () degrees

have existed since the days of 1.x, and haven't gone anywhere.

was never a block that existed.
If it did it would likely have had the same effect as

turn cw () degrees

I can't really tell, are you asking about the forums or the editor?

In the forums, go to the scratch block library and go to motion, you will there find

turn cw () degrees
and
turn ccw () degrees

OR type

turn cw () degrees
for right,
turn ccw () degrees
for left.

If you mean the editor, it hasn't moved.
