no, you can just make a python script that converts youtube videos into 2 lists: sound, frames
and then play it back somehow in scratch

infact someone already made this youtube player thingy
but it's unstable and needs a server of some sort.

but no scratch team wont add this anytime soon.

This would make scratch less difficult to upload
