More text to speech voices

Yes! We need BRIAN. Brian is epic.
Scratch needs more voices, and getting TTS voices from some website isn't convenient. But I think we should remove some of the voices, since I think it would be too much.

add all the Voices from GoAnimate, add all cartoon character and shows voices including TAWOG

I support this idea because there are definitely not enough voices on Scratch and if there were more, people would have more fun making projects with the voices.

In the extension itself the voices have names like tenor and alto

Tenor means high-pitched male and alto means low-pitched female

It could add soprano (high-pitched female) and baritone (medium-pitch male)
