Well anyways, I've recently discovered Cocrea World (I apologize to the Scratch Team if we aren't allowed to mention it) It has the same coding blocks as scratch, but the site itself is very different, It feels like that one scratch extension where the penguin mods things so I have questions about Cocrea World.

• Does the scratch team / MIT own it?
  Are we allowed to mention it?
  Is Scratch affiliated with it?

That website is using an editor called Gandi IDE. According to their About Us page, Gandi is a Scratch 3.0 mod created by 2ndR (HK) Limited.
As with all Scratch mods, it is entirely unofficial and unaffiliated with Scratch or the Scratch Team.
