Random question for y'all: In your opion, which NPC has the best Halloween outfit, and which one has the worst? My favorites are Wallter and especially Folly's, since they look pretty cool. But Split's and Mach's are pretty lazily made, if I had to be honest.

i havent seen them all yet but my personal favs are folly and poob's,, i do agree that split and mach definitely deserved better tho, pilby too
