A few days ago I finished a large project, and there wasn't anything wrong with it. Today I opened it up and a quarter of it was broken! and i'm to lazy to change 400 numbers that are hard to see. How can I fix it without changing 400 numbers?

If you have any variables or lists, click on the little box that makes them visible in the player. Now click on the green flag and see if your variables and lists are showing what you expect them to. Possibly you need a “set variable to zero” block at the beginning.

The numbers were for x and y axis. Also, today, a few of my costumes were cleared. The name of my project is The Labyrinth. Not the lite version.
