i think scratch is slowing down

scratch webpages are taking longer to load than usual
also, i've seen someone saying “scratch is going down” on griffpatch's profile so maybe that's why
also yes, my internet is fast enough for scratch normally
it's just getting slower recently

nothing's loading for me, except message count when i go to a page with the old navbar. On the new navbar the part to the right of the search bar doesn't show at all.
