Shadowban people who are trying to ban speedrun

Yes, but they can still technically just make new emails.

Scratch doesn't allow you to use temporary mail services, and creating a new gmaiI account takes a long time and requires your phone number anyway (and no, you can't use a free VOIP)

Oh, I guess if temporary mail is banned then it probably isn't too bad actually.

besides with ip bans you could use {REDACTED} to get around it so that would be a problem in itself

Their goal is to get banned. If they get their ban screen they might make a new account (by evading the IP ban) and do it again. The shadowban would make it so they might not even know for a while and keep trying, and possibly not do it again.

This would be great, but implementation would be difficult.

I agree with the post above me. This isn't really a huge issue (my friends at school ban speedran once, got banned, then gave up). This would require an insane amount of work for little reward. People aren't that persistent.

Yes, but games let you play them over and over. Ban speedruns require the user to get creative after every “playthrough”.
