So, I recently discovered that you couldn’t change your gender. I find that annoying as when I started I was Agender and now I’m Non-Binary with He/it/they pronouns. I find this slightly annoying, and I would find that adding a ‘change gender’ bit more inclusive. Thank you!
Kind regards,

I agree! When I first signed up for scratch, I signed up as female. Now, I am Male. I would also like to see these changes to scratch.

Edit I made this post before I saw paddle2see's answer to your question, it seems he ninjad me

I'd like for this to be an option, too. On my old account, I signed up as female, because I hadn't yet discovered my identity. It would've been nice to have been able to change it to male after discovering this. Seriously, we can change our country in settings, but not our gender? I don't really get it. This is more inclusive for genderqueer users who signed up as a different gender than they actually are now.

I don't need to change my gender, but I agree this should be a feature so other people can. I support.

umm as far as I know the gender is used for anything (other than analytics), and isn't visible to anyone, not even you. so umm yeah idk it won't change the way you see scratch, the way you use scratch, the way anyone else sees your profile or anything

Although I do think this should be a feature, I don't see much use for it as AFAIK, the gender chosen on account creation isn't displayed anywhere, not even on statistics (makes me wonder what the option is there for) unlike country/location which is used for statistics and displayed on your profile. Regardless, this should be an option :).

Well, the option is still there so that Scratch Team themselves can see that data if they're curious or in situations where it would help during development, etcetera.
