King bob-omb is hands down the easiest boss I've played against. Also don't forget Bowser from the original NES super Mario bros. Waterblight ganon from BOTW was soooo easy.

Broken Vessel in Hollow Knight. Its attacks are super simple and even the attack where it flings globs everywhere is easy to dodge as long as you're looking below you.

Mozboz

Brotato Level 20, on mobile. You can literally just k*ll yourself (come on, scratch) to gain a revive, and stand inside the boss to kill it. (Revives give you a short period of super strength and invincibility.) This works for all difficulties.

the 2nd dail fight can be easily be beaten quicker due to carols wall jump and able to reach up to him and wild kick him
