Could I host a Scratch themed blue-kit (whyy censor?????)

It is like Kahoot

Blue quiz game isn't really allowed on scratch as far as I know, you can make inappropriate questions sets

The reason -Site- is censored may be because it has or had links to chat websites that do not have moderation up to Scratch’s standards.

I recall I heard -Site- used to link loosely moderated chat websites when they were censored, and now does not, but it has not been uncensored just yet.

Mayhaps it slipped through the cracks, and Blue Kit did not. The correct view would be that Kahoot! should be censored as well as Blue Kit, as opposed to both being uncensored. Child safety matters.
